Biografie
Drs. Paul Schreuder is a sports physician at Máxima Medical Center (MMC) in the Netherlands, with more than a decade of experience in sports-related vascular disorders. Since 2012, he has focused on the diagnosis and management of athletes with vascular flow limitations, particularly Flow Limitations in the Iliac Artery (FLIA). He is recognized for his expertise in evaluating athletes with exercise-induced leg symptoms and developing individualized diagnostic and treatment strategies.
As a core member of the FLIA Clinic team, Drs. Schreuder works closely with vascular surgeons, exercise physiologists, and researchers to provide comprehensive care for endurance athletes affected by iliac artery flow limitations. His contributions have helped advance the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of FLIA, supporting athletes in safely returning to their highest level of performance.
